Mike Coolman
Mike has been fabricating sheet metal in this shop for 30 years. He is the guy you’ll meet when you walk through the door. He has been running the shop for about the last seven years. Mike is excellent at providing personalized service to every person who walks through our doors. No matter what idea you have for a sheet metal part, he will help make it a reality.
Stephen Bryant
“Steve” has been fabricating sheet metal since high school. Back in the day, he went through vocational school on a sheet metal and welding program. Steve is an absolute master at the craft and makes every piece with utmost ingenuity. With almost 30 years of service in our shop, he has shined brightly in his accomplishments.
Kayla Float
Kayla was asked to be the Assistant to the CEO when the company was acquired. She has been in the steel industry for many years. Her job was to get into the company and its operations and learn everything she could. In just 2 years she has shown exemplary performance in improving the company establishment, expansion and operations, on a foundation that is unshakable. She was promoted to Operations Manager in the first year. She was recently promoted to General Manager. Her care and dedication to customer service as well as her keen eye for flawless products, on time, is unparalleled. We are very happy that she is at the helm, carrying forward the 100 year legacy that is Tack & Warren Sheet Metal Mfg.
Aiden
Aiden recently began his apprenticeship with Tack & Warren Sheet Metal and has taken the opportunity to learn the trade alongside our veteran sheet metal fabricators and welders.
His strong work ethic and dedication to producing quality products are a testament to his commitment to becoming a true professional in the industry.
Joel Anderson
Joel became the CEO of our company on June 25th, 2024. Joel has been in the steel industry for 52 years. With a background in all things metal, he brings new life and old-world fabrication techniques to our company, always striving for a better way of doing things, thusly improving the already outstanding customer service and products that our company has been known for since 1934.
